I think the biggest problem w/ the defense is not necessarily the coaching, but rather the majority of the players on the squad.

Some of them didn't play any better/different after Wade was fired as when Wade was there.

Thanks for making my point in at least 100 less words than I wrote :laugh2: I don't think Pasqualoni's scheme was the issue. Hell, his scheme completely changed how this team was creating turnovers.

Ratliff loses his advantage if you move him to DE. Tackles can handle him centers and guards have trouble with him. I love the thought of him one on one vs a guard.

Ware can play with his hand on the ground and so can spencer. They've both done it.

Do you think Bradie can't play the middle in a 4-3?

I don't really have a preference but if a damn good 4-3 coach is available I think we have the personell to run it. Either way we are gonna have to go get some players. Don't limit yourself to 1/4 of the available coaches is my point. It would be different if you had money tied up in guys who can't play a 4-3 I just don't see that.

I have a friend that works in the front office for the Packers. I just left her a message asking if she could find out that info for us.

Based on what do you pronounce that tackles can handle him but guards and centers can't?

Is there some evidence to back this up?

I think moving Rat to DE and staying in the 34 is the best thing we could do with him right now.
