How many rookie CB follow the other teams best wide receiver? I am guessing the answer is none. He will probably do that next year. Bland is much better then expected and will hopefully be a starter for years. Sauce is flat out better right now.

That being said, the award should go to Sauce. He completely erases the guy he's covering. He's done it to seasoned vets.

Looking at list of rookie, I can't help but think Bland should at least be in the conversation. His 5 picks thus far, far outweigh that of Gardner.

So basically Bland becomes becomes the 2nd round pick we hoped Joseph would be. Makes ANOTHER 2nd round bust pick easier to handle.

I'm just glad we got him. You don't hit on all your picks, and it looks like we're going to miss on Joseph and possibly Watkins, so it's good to see Bland succeeding. Starting corners next year may be two players who are dangerous to throw at.
