To me it's chaos under control. It's taking a group of individuals. With all their emotions good bad or indifferent because they have lives. And turning it into testosterone energy controlled unit. Without motivation, you get chaos without the control.

Thats too deep for this board lol.
It also needs to be the whole group motivated by preferably one thing, and pederson gave that to the cowboys players.
It helps to have things go your way early in the game which will expand the motivation.
the 2 turnovers early that led to scores helped a lot.

I attended a dinner meeting with Lou Holtz as the after dinner speaker. After that hour I had a new appreciation for what coaches had to do to succeed. All the talent in the world will not win if the players are not playing for one another. It is the coaches responsibility to get that accomplished. Call it motivation perhaps, but that is likely not an accurate term. Think of the Baltimore team that won the recent superbowls. That coach clearly had them playing for one another.

Garrett has no concept on how to get that done because he is not a coach.

Except all sign everywhere, and from the players and some former players says he does and that they are playing for each other...lol

If you firmly believe that, you are kidding yourself.
