Colorado is retiring Hunter’s and Shadeur’s numbers. A Denver reporter is saying Deion is pushing this.

Hunter I can somewhat understand. But how the hell does Shadeur gets his #2 retired before legendary DB Deon Figures?

So No problem with Hunter.

Not sure why the QB gets his retired.

But whether people like Prime or not, he has brought national attention to a team that was basically off the map after years of futility.

Not only that Colorado had a large spike in student applications including a huge spike in african american students.

My guess is, whether his son deserved it or not...He did well at colorado at his position and since his dad has made a Huge difference in Colorado making positive waves in football but also a spike in students applying to Colorado....I imagine they would let him have his way on a few things.

This was probably something Dieon threw in as a condition of the extension he just signed bc there is no way Sheduer merited the honor. Hunter won the heisman so ok.
