I see a very long, lanky player on film who knows how to use his size in the running game. He’s a very physical tackler who seems to embrace collisions. Unusually active in searching for contact. Has experience on special teams and be used as a gunner early in career. Playmaker. 11 career interceptions in three years, including two touchdowns. Hall also recorded numerous blocked kicks, punts and fumble recoveries.

Interesting prospect. It looks like he is getting by on pure athletic ability rather than being taught the small details of playing CB. If he go's to a team that can properly develop him he could end up being a player. I doubt that Dallas would fit that bill.
