Murray made it clear he wanted to stay here more than any player I have ever seen in professional sports.
For that I will never feel ill will towards him.

It's sad to see him and Miles playing for other teams. The business of professional sports has us fans cheering passionately for laundry.

Hammies aside, I won't miss the times where the ball flew through Austin's hands and he would immediately slap them together in disgust.

Now that I think about it, I remember mimicking him at the same time. I remember cussing afterwards too...

Really? I remember him bailing in the Commander finale a few years back like the marshmallow he is. Good riddance to Austin and the cupcake mentality that followed him.

I'm just curious. Are you referring to the same game Romo threw 3 picks and where the skins ran all over our defense? If that's that case many a Cowboy and coach can be blamed for that loss. I do recall Austin losing one in the lights which was a game changer against the Giants but I also recall his heroics in the Seattle playoff game that kept us in the game until the end.
He was a good, athletic receiver and KO return man for us early on and we have had better but we had mush worse as well. Austin had to scape the barrel in Cleveland last year which is every veterans nightmare when on your latter years in the league so I think he's paid the toll and earned some respect. Just sayin.

Yeah Romo sucked, Bryant left the game late when his back gave out, but the game was still in there grasp going into the fourth. Austin decided he had enough and took himself out of the game for what reason I am not sure, but if it were an injury you think he may have went to the locker room. Instead he stood there helmet on, no treatment watching his teammates go down in flames. I knew right there and than he was not a RKG and his time was thankfully done.

Austin lost a ball in the lights, but also caught two big passes on our final drive just for a field goal to be blocked.

So much selective memory, like Miles never helped us win games. He practically saved our offense back in 09 and I'm grateful for that.
