It's better for the team if DLaw plays limited snaps...He played 17 regular season games the past 2 seasons.

2016, the 5 games before getting injured, he was averaging about 75%.

2021: The 1 game before missing multiple games, he played 66%.

I hear you, but this not totally accurate. Most professionals have coaches or mentors. Getting the best out of yourself is something most people can't do on their own...like 99% of us.

While there is some truth to what you say, all of us learn from instruction, but after learning we practice to perform to perfect what we've learned.

The players on this team, are continually using excuses on why they have underperformed. Coaches, mentors cannot hold their hands on the field.

Now i will say this...im not saying i disagree with him at all,,but ive noticed a recurring theme. No matter the side of the ball, no matter the coach, its literally always the coaches fault. Theres no personal responsibility with this team at all.
