he played very well ... but some of those sacks were of the gift nature. that doesn't take away from his game ... but it does make it clear that you can't go on those stats alone

The guy is dominating.....you can't expect him to pressure the QB every play. Heck Mario barely got any pressure today and he is a great one.

I absolutely love this guy. I'm so glad that he went off today and got the sacks going some more. This guy is going to retire as the Cowboys all time leading sack man before it's all done.

If he keeps up this pace long enough, who knows, he might even push for the most of all time. But that's a long time down the road yet.

I'm sure the Garbage Time Ware posters were and are thinking about how stupid they are all day long.

Here's the thing to the block heads who only look at the stat sheet and not watch the game: he had a good game but I don't think it was nearly as good as the game he had against the Bears. That was a great game. No sacks, but a better game overall.

He had 3 sacks in this game but it wasn't like snap after snap consistent pressure.

Yeah, he was better last week, but the coverage was better this week and Houston never really tried to get the ball out fast like Chicago did.

Ware's first sack was more or less a coverage sack, but it came on third down, just like his second sack. The third sack he didn't get much pressure at all, just put his hand on Schaub to clean up after Spencer and Ratliff.

It's fine, though. He had an impact in this game, and he really deserved to have a couple of sacks last week. It all evens out in the end.
