Demarcus Ware is going to breakout any game now

Like I said before, he was the only bright spot in the Monday night game, driving his man back, shedding blocks and tackling Tiki, and so on. He's made plays in just about every game this season. Some of you say he has no moves but I disagree. If you watch him closely he does have subtle moves, like starting outside and coming across, or knocking the blocker's arms with a sweeping motion, or dipping down and lifting guys up (ok not so subtle). I really think he's on the verge of a breakout game. Doesn't mean he'll have 5 sacks, but I think he's capable of putting together a Julius Peppers/Alex Brown type performance where he's a factor on almost every play by clogging running and throwing lanes.

At least I hope so...the offense needs a little pressure relief this weekend. :flex:

Someone on the broadcast the other night said he is unblockable. Now, I don't agree with that, but Carolina has a LT that was cut by the Cardinals this year. We all know how bad the Cardinal's o line is. Also, they have a 2nd team guy at center. Somehow we have to confuse him. I do look for Ware to have a big game. Ellis as well with Jordan Gross.

If it weren't for Shawn Merriman, the city of San Diego would be in mass mourning. People would be dying of grief without their daily dose of Shawn.

He's made plays in just about every game this season.

Shawn Merriman has made twice as many plays this season!

Some of you say he has no moves but I disagree. If you watch him closely he does have subtle moves,

Shawn's moves aren't subtle, they just work.

like starting outside and coming across,

Shawn just pushes the offensive line to one side and barrels across.

or knocking the blocker's arms with a sweeping motion,

Shawn just gnaws their arms off and asks for more.

or dipping down and lifting guys up (ok not so subtle).

Shawn just tosses people into Hoover Dam, or into low earth orbit.

I really think he's on the verge of a breakout game.

Shawn doesn't play anything but breakout games.

Doesn't mean he'll have 5 sacks,

Shawn will have 6 sacks!

but I think he's capable of putting together a Julius Peppers/Alex Brown type performance where he's a factor on almost every play by clogging running and throwing lanes.

Shawn is a factor on every play and at halftime and pregame too. Watch him on ESPN, even when there is no point in him being there.

At least I hope so...the offense needs a little pressure relief this weekend. :flex:

Shawn these days is comic relief! :lmao:
