I didn't get to watch the game, only listen. What happen with Ware? He had exactly zero tackles, zero assists, zero sacks, zero forced fumbles...

On paper he had well... a ZERO. While Charles Haley was quintessential Pro-Bowler without it showing on paper, what happen with Ware? I haven't heard a single word about him concerning the game with Seattle.

He dropped into coverage on most pass plays. He rushed the passer only three or four times and almost "Delhommmed" Hasselbeck on one of those (he nearly swatted the ball out of Haselbeck's hand as he reached back to throw). He held his ground against the run and seemed to get in on one gang-tackle.

He only played 2 series, and as Adam noted, he was in coverage quite a bit.

It was a preseason game you know, right? The first one too by the way.

He seemed to rush only two times. On one he almost got the sack. On the second time he got held. In fact the tackle held him and pushed him to the ground. If you rewatch the game he is talking to Parcells after the play and his shirt is pulled off his pads.

Sensible Adam JT13 to the rescue.

The one play I saw, if it hadn't been for Hasselbeck's quick release, Ware would have gotten a sack.

That guy is fast. It's just that Hassel was faster.

Demarcus, T New, and Roy will all be in Hawaii this year. I'm not too concerned on that side of the ball.

<understatement>I think Bill knows what he has with Ware.</understatement> Otherwise he would of let him play more than a handful of plays.

Ware only rushed twice that I remember, and both times he got into the backfield and nearly knocked the ball away from Hassleback one time. He also put a nice move on Walter Jones

And I know to look for your well crafted responses when I use some sarcasm. I guess people need visual cues anymore.
