Didn't the running back Adrian Peterson tear his knee up very similar to this and came back stronger than ever?

I know, this is the outlier of all outlier miracle recovery scenarios, but I still thought worth mentioning to show its not entirely impossible.

Peterson tore the ACL and MCL.

Overshown did that and also tore the PCl.

He's not coming back in 8 months like Peterson did. Maybe at best late next year..

His injury was one of the worst you can get. I love the guy; he is a REAL PLAYER.
But counting on him to be all the way back this year is lunacy; and sad thing is he might never make it all the way back

Why do we keeping having this happen especially to our young DBs/LBs with high ceilings, it's been an unfortunate string of injuries most recently beginning with Cox it seems.
