DeNorris Searcy in Round 4

Would be an absolute steal. Most folks on this board hyped up his fellow S, Deunta Williams, as the Tarheel S with all the skills. I watched A LOT of Tarheel football the last couple of years and Searcy is the better overall player. His instincts are so much better and he has that key word Ryan is looking for - VERSATILITY. He could play FS, SS & he's a HELL OF a special teams player (KR, PR, etc..................).

I'd be okay with Searcy, Quinton Carter, Clint Boling or Davon House in the 4th round.

naw in round 5 or 6 maybe he is more of a strong safety i think.

Reach according to whom? CBS/DraftScout/Draft Exchange has him as a 3-4th rounder.

Well, if Butch Davis, Lacewell, and Switzer sign off on him, we'll most likely take him.

yeah had to read up on him he seems pretty good. Better value than rahim moore in the second round. But they say he doesnt like contact. He is 5'11 and 223 he should be a physical beast.

Anybody seen him play NC fans....Does he deliver the boom or is he just a solid wrap up tackler.

I would draft him at Strong safety if we are going after huff in FA. At fs idk.
