Dentist in Mexico

I would like to know if anyone has ever went to Mexico for dental work?
As you all know dentistry in the United States is extremely expensive and I have heard Mexican dentist are way cheaper.
My concern is the quality of work and is it safe. I am interested in getting a couple implants.

But if you want really really good dental work...for a very good price...go to Colombia
