I'd sign him if it didn't cost any draft picks and if he would sign a contract with a small bonus that is heavily laden with incentives and also has a littany of clauses to address character and conduct detrimental to the team so that if he become a distraction to the team, he could easily be released without any hit to the salary cap or loss of draft picks.

Marshall wouldn't sign a contract like this, so he won't be in Dallas.

I don't see Jerry pursuing this. Jerry mentioned giving some more playing time to the youngsters in a recent interview. Ogletree for example.
