I dont know if anybody saw the Denver game yesterday but the said Shannahan(sp) was game planning playing the Cowboys game since Wednesday night. Thursday and Friday they watched film and worked on the game plan.

Didnt seem like they were too worried about the Jets.

I wonder if Bill was thinking ahead. I know you cant but heck with only 3 days you almost have to.

Yea - he already said that they worked on the Denver game last week. Something you just do with a short week. Good news, is after this game, we get a long time to get ready for the next group of suckers.

I dont know but we better stop the run and have very good containment on Plummer. The Jets did a good job on Plummer but couldnt stop the run. I am worried about us stopping the run.

At Monday's practice, Shanahan had the scout team QB repeatedly throw balls directly to their DBs in order to get ready for Vinny.

Actually, this is quite common with teams playing on Thanksgiving Day. Parcells and his staff studied Denver during the bye week (from his press conference). Game planning is usually done in the early part of the week and getting the team on the same page during the latter half of the week. With a short week, they had to do the game planning late last week.

I heard on the radio this morning that Vinny tackled himself in the game yesterday. In fact, they said he tackled himself so hard, he actually got hurt and came out of the game....

Vinny had 2 lost fumbles, 2 interceptions, and tackled himself and came out with an injury

thank God he is hundreds of miles away from Dallas this year

I would kill someone if he was still our QB

No, think the Bills for releasing Bledsoe. Without that, Vinny is still in Dallas. Wait. The Cowboys traded with Buffalo. That allowed the Bills to draft Losman, which eventually led to releasing Bledsoe. Bill Parcells is the person that set the wheels in motion in bringing in Bledsoe. Parcells is also the reason that Vinny was almost here another season. The person you would have killed if Vinny was still around is also the person you would have to thank for Vinny being gone. Weird.
