my worry is that even if we tank pretty much this year we would have to spend draft capital to trade up to get him and that is not going to happen

Why wouldn't they trade to gain draft capital at the deadline.?

There is always the argument about getting more bodies; frankly I think sixth rd picks and lower should be used to trade up since it is incredibly rare that those picks ever really pan out
Problem is in the first rd, you need a lot more valuable picks to move at all.
Walker fascinates me the way he can just splatter people.
BUT I have to remind myself that he is doing this to college players
Still I want him bad

I'm talking about trading current players like Parsons for premium picks.

With our schedule, it is very possible we will be in range to draft him

The time to trade Parsons was last year; his value has dropped. Another team would have gotten multiple years on his rookie contract as well. BUT if someone was to offer two first rd picks I would grab it and run

Someone might, there is a big competition between the Lions and the other teams in their division. It is also looking like Dallas could pick between 13 and 17. If they hit in there they should be able to get either Jeanty or Walker or Grant.

Looks like maybe 15 to 20 pounds of bad weight at 350. Very good considering. This guy fires off the snap.

They arent doing that with Parsons. People need to be rational about that. Its not happening. Cowboys fans get way too stuck on fantasies

I want this guy just as much for his attitude as his talent. We need a big nasty on the DL
