If your gonna pay Cousins, Tyrod Taylor, etc this dude deserves a big one as well. He's way better than both IMO.

Let him finish out his rookie deal and tag and resign him. Or play him under the tag and resign him again But at that point, say he has 3 consecutive 30TD's, you are probably making him the highest paid player in the NFL. After this season you may be able to get him long term on just outside top 5 money

If Brock Osweiler got like 19 a year then Carr will get more. Then you look around at the other average qbs getting big money.
