Over his entire career he is basically Dak with worse stats and better coaching.

I just don’t see a very different player out there.

I think it comes down to many things. Have the Lions set him up to be successful in his position? If the answer is yes then its difficult to tell just how impactful Goff is or is not. I think hes solid maybe not better than Dak but certainly is a solid QB you can win with. But when he was with the Rams, he was at least setup nicely to win.
