It wasn't totally clear, but I think there wasn't enough evidence to overturn. Diggs' arms looked like they could be under the ball but I would also believe it if they said that the ball hit the ground before he had control. That was a 50/50 to me.

Exactly, it was one of those situations where you just have to go with the call on the field. Definitely not enough there to overturn.
