He is got thrown 3 passes all in the end zone yesterday. Unless I missed it Romo did not target Escobar one time in the end zone.

5 TDs (tied for 6th in league) on 7 catches is one weird (and impressive) stat.

He is surprising everyone since he did go undrafted. I'm surprised he didn't end up the Patriots.

I imaging Escobar is supposed to be what Escobar looks like, but then I don't shake my head whenever another player on a totally different team turns out to also be able to play football. I expect that other teams will occasionally find players, too. From my unscientific sampling of other teams' rosters around the league, that seems to be how it works.

Lions throw fades to him since cj is doubled. I wish cowboys fans who don't watch other teams would keep their mouths shut sometimes.

Minus the TD's the stats are the same. I guess Romo should ignore his other WR's to get Escobar his TD's. That will the OP happy

Whatever the conjecture, Escobar looks like a bad 2nd round pick considering other needs.

You couldn't say the same for Dallas with Dez?

The fact that Esco isn't used in the same way is pretty dumbfounding.

Is that what Escobar is supposed to look like?????? Smh!

It's called "player development" Some teams have this crazy notion that, despite having quality players like say, Brandon Pettigrew or Jermaine Greshem, it's OK and actually benefitial to allow younger players to play an important role in an offense or defense during real games so as to develop their skills.

oh and one of our other rookies did a phenomenal job in creating space for our rookie RB who scored, and providing time for our playmaking QB to toss a beautiful pass to our rookie WR for a TD.

Somebody gets it. Smh and yes, Dez gets doubled every time on the goal line.

What the hell does other teams finding good players have to do with not utilizing Escobar on the goal line?
