In all honesty.....and I hope Nors never sees this....but I think the Lions should keep Orlovsky and allow him to compete for the starting job. I do not feel they need to draft a QB with the first pick.

I would trade down a few spots and add a 2nd.

1a - OT
1b - Gresham
2a - OG
2b - Def

On the 2nd day of the draft, I would focus almost exclusively on defense, with the exception being a backup RB (Bernard Scott perhaps) and a WR (perhaps a Quan Cosby or Deon Butler) to play opposite CJ .

and Dansby/crowder(whichever u can get)
Sign Losman bc he is better than both of ur current qbs.

draft the alabama OT first, then Sanchez with our pick(assuming he falls)

2009 it would be a miracle, but I do think you will in 2010. Miami did it, so you could. The minute you draft him Stafford will be the best QB in the NFC North. Lucky for you your division kind of sucks. 3 picks in the top 33, a rookie coach, a weak schedule, and in a weak division. I won't say it is impossible, but it is improbable.

Use that cap room wisely and it just might happen.

I doubt anyone will trade up since they have 2 first round picks. If they can do that, I still would.

If they take Stafford at #1, they can grab someone like Oklahoma OG Duke Robinson at 20 and someone like Cincinnati DE Connor Barwin at 33, they will be moving in the right direction. Having Stafford and Calvin Johnson grow together could be huge for them.
