He did not cost us the game yesterday. Cutting him does nothing to make the team better. Much bigger fish to fry then picking on Vaughn.

Yep, we don't have a true starter. This is like a baseball team only having relief pitchers and no starters.

Deuce is a gimmick back. They are trying to use him as a running back running the same players the others run. The Cowboys already have a gimmick player on offense in Turpin. They don't use him that way either. If we had an OC with some creativity, maybe they could squeeze some production out of these two guys. But Deuce is never going to be successful in the NFL unless he player for a team with a monster OL. The problem is, a team with a great run blocking OL doesn't need him.

We don't want to overreact too much to one game, but I think we have seen enough of this RB group to conclude maybe try something else. Give Cook a shot next week and see if he can find some space somewhere behind the awful run blocking of the offensive line.

The problems with this roster are not going to be solved this season. I honestly believe the multiple beatdowns this team is going to get this year will be good for the team. Next year we start with a fresh set of coaches, although with Jerry doing the hiring I suspect it will be more of the same.

Zeke has a very specific role and contrary to some its not scoring 50 yard tds.
Zeke would be a great secondary back....and it leaves us with no primary.

Having said that....our whole run game is putrid....not just rbs.
