Yes he can run some things in the slot as does Cooper and Gallup but Dallas likes Cobb and Cobb physical abilities in the slot. I expect Smith to get opportunities as he did today but it will likely be coming in to give breather to a WR or in a 4 WR set. I know Dallas like Cobb and what he brings so I don't see Devin taking over the slot position

Cobb needs to be on the field. But I could see him taking over next season if they dont resign Cobb.

I think he's got a ways to show he's better than Glenn, but I like him deep over Gallup. Gallup just failed to track a deep ball today, and doesn't have Smith's speed.
