Dez and something I've been waiting to see

with teams gameplanning to take Dez out of the games so often I was reminded of a play I've been waiting to see Dallas try. There used to be a video circulating where Dez shows off his incredible strong arm. I think he threw the ball about 60 yards and hit the crossbar. I have been waiting years for dallas to try an trick play where Dez throws the ball. I know it's slightly goofy but I'm tired of hearing about the stupid referees non stop..

Also we all know that excited feeling we get whenever Dez gets the ball...that feeling like he is going to do something big twisting and fighting. I remember his rookie year he returned a few punts and he was just a dangerous weapon back there. I get why he doesn't in the regular season. But this is now the playoffs and one return could be the difference in winning the Super Bowl or going home a loser.

Not quite the same, but I was happy to see Dallas show the ability to move the ball with Dez doubled and DeMarco not finding much running room. I've been wanting to see Dallas show it can be successful without having to rely on its two primary yard-makers, and the Cowboys did that against Detroit after figuring out the defense.

Of course, Dez contributed one big play and Murray had a few nice runs, too.

Trick plays like this take your best player out of the play. Tony Romo. That's exactly why we don't run trick plays like that.

Run plays take him out too.
