You actually can't even qualify it as a knockoff because the team hasn't worn it at any point. It's just something they made up. It's interesting, but I don't think I'd wear it.

I think the numbers are darker on the real white jerseys. Maybe it's the contrast of being next to the blue jersey. Side by side, the blue jersey looks better.
