Anyone know how he is at this? How about separation? Never seen a game with him so am entirely ignorant.

Romo really seems to prefer to to throw to a guy that isn't all tangled up with a DB.

Thanks!

His separation speed is supposed to be better than his 40 time. His 10-yard-or-whatever time was really good.

Romo has big tall receivers he needs to throw the ball up and let all three make plays on the ball... None are shorter than 6'2.

He needs to be more precise on his route running and not round off his breaks on the hard cuts

Route running: Capable of sinking his hips and running crisp crossing and out-routes. Head fake gains him some room down the seam, where he is a regular threat. Uses his hands and long arms to separate on comebacks as well as down the sideline.

Gets lazy and rounds off out-routes when defenders give cushion. Gets a lot of opportunities to run after the catch on quick step-back throws. Works to come back for his quarterback at times, but needs to improve his consistency there.
