Thank you! Khabib is the reason why Conor is taking time off (don't fall for that Baby stuff). He's largely handpicked all of his opponents based on the style match-ups and the UFC will oblige (got a FW title shot after beating Dennis Siver!???) but there's no getting around the fact that Khabib would wreck him bad at LW.

Back on topic:
It's nice to see Dez feeling like he made good contributions (he did) without having a TD. We know he likes to win, but I've always felt that he feels like he's pulling "his own weight" when he scores a TD. Dez's confidence benefits not only himself, but the team.

Khabib was the rightful #1 contender before Conor even fought Nate Diaz the first time. McGregor knew his only chance at the LW belt was when Eddie had it (and the UFC knew it as they gave him the title fight after going 1-1 with Nate at WW, which isn't Nate's division..lol). Win or lose, Conor was taking time off after yet another gift title-shot. If Khabib is still around when Conor comes back, expect a Conor/Diaz III, because Mc2Taps doesn't want that humiliation.

We should move this to some off-topic forum because I could go on for days (been a UFC fan since watching UFC2 on VHS back in '95 my senior year).
