It’s not the leftovers from Garrett so much as it’s the horrible staff MM put together . WR’s not developing in five yrs this is the 3rd DC you have no OC the LB’s seem stuck other then Overshown and the secondary other then Diggs Bland is a hand grenade pin pulled when you ask any young DB to cover anyone . Safety play horrible .

Man it’s time to get everyone out of town and for goodness sakes Jerry let the new HC pick his own staff

Coaching is really the largest problem if one looks closely. The criteria of the HC and why is a different topic, but…

It begins with the lack of respect for coaching in general, which is absurd.

From position coaches to coordinators, they expect/demand that the HC take on those they have never worked with, may not have the same thoughts and philosophy, etc because they either like them personally, are good at being sycophants, and/or most importantly….they would have to eat a few bucks to get rid of them.
