1 - I doubt he can share
2 - Garapallo hasn't proved anything, pretty small sample size IMO
3 - Rodgers throws the ball too hard.

They have $1.8MM in cap space available right now. In order to sign Dez AND then still have money for their draft picks, they are going to have to restructure a few more guys. With cap issues facing them in 2019 as well, I doubt they want to shove even more bonus money into 2019 bby restructuring guys now.
