Dez may have just gotten extended

Yeah, when I think of a guy putting up with a lot of crap, Dez comes to mind...

Living with his girlfriend throughout HS bc would be homeless otherwise, suspended for a lunch with Deion and labeling him a troubled player, greatly exaggerated thug label portrayal by media that was later proven to be completely false. Drug addicted family members exploited the home he purchased to get them out a poverty stricken neighborhood who them turn around and use it to sell dope? Or is is it bc he is a supreme athlete and its the envy thing? If anything, he is one of the most humble athletes you come across in modern day public settings. Not photo ops...real life.

I read it as if you were trying to act like he is in some intolerable situation as a Dallas Cowboy. If you are saying he has gone through a lot of hardships in life and has worked hard to overcome them, then I agree. I don't know if I'd say that's "putting up with a lot of crap", but there's probably not a definition for that phrase in the dictionary.

We don't know what he meant yet, but an extension would be nice. Love the guy. He is my favorite Cowboy of this era.

Not that long ago, a high percentage of posters here were down on Dez. That could fall under putting up with crap as I believe this forum is representative of Cowboy fans everywhere.

Sure would be nice to actually read that that he signed instead of starting a thread guessing that he did.
