I LOVE Dez but his production has certainly come down for some reason. My question is seeing that Allen Robinson in a UFA, if he is available, do we cut Dez and sign him? He's younger and will probably come cheaper. Just asking.

Nothing will happen with Dez until we have his replacement. If we can’t find anything in free agency or in the draft he’ll be on the team next season.

Yeah, but does Dallas compound the bad salary with his release? I think If Dallas cut him, he would count 8 million against the cap. So essentially, Dallas is stuck. I think if Dallas really wants to release him they need to find his replacements. Dallas would be better off keeping Dez this year and developing a rookie and releasing Dez next season.

I want to see high draft picks on players that in the trenches, LB or safety not WR. Think long term=Super. Where is the game won? In the trenches. What wins championships?

Yes i did think that way last year, and what Romo could have or would have done is irrelevant, it is in the rear view mirror. Moving forward we need to continue searching for a long-term QB for this franchise. At least bring in serious competition.
