Dez post-OTA interview

What, no one is complaining about his speech pattern? I guess the rookie is growing up fast. Kudos to him.

He seems to have cut down on the um's.

I tell you what, he and Miles are saying all the right things, especially Miles. I think he is my new favorite player. I love what those two are saying. Goose bumps baby, gooose bumps.

you can tell he is uncomfortable speaking(rocking back and forth and so on), he just uses the 'ums' to fill the silence, he will get better when he feels comfortable with the media. look at austin, when he speaks and needs to gather a thought he pauses, dez will learn that it just takes time

reporter- is their enough balls to go around?

miles austin- their are enough to win games.

awesome.

Emmitt! Get your butt to camp and speak to these guys please!

IRVING, Texas -- There is plenty of praise coming to first-round draft pick Dez Bryant, not only from the media, that's seen him for basically five practices, but from coaches and teamates.

However, Bryant, who has yet to play a NFL game, still needs to work on his game.

"I had to speed my game up when the vets came in," Bryant said. "I felt like I've done that ... and things are getting easier by the day and I'm loving it."

Learning a NFL playbook can be overwhelming for some players. It can basically keep them from getting significant playing time for years.

Bryant said he's pacing himself in terms of learning the playbook by studying at home every night.

"I'm taking it little-by-little and I'm getting comfortable every day," he said. "I think by the time the season comes in I will learn the playbook."

Maybe he can find the college kid that is a "business major" to school him...:lmao2:

This is my dude right here. Couldnt be any happier with this pick.

We have every right to be excited about this coming year. It's good to see Dez getting along with the press.

Its funny, he wasnt quite sure what to do with his hand.

So excited to see him catching TDs from Romo.
