And I recall a guy with a 6 YPA, throwing the ball at WRs feet on screens horrible pocket presence and poor footwork on his throws and chucking balls over the heads of WRs..

Exactly. Saw a piece on Larry Fritzgerald and Kurt Warner when he first got to Az would not throw him the ball because he didn't think he was open. The other qb (Mcknown?) is telling him just throw it to him he will catch it. Warner said he did and Fritzgerald would catch almost anything he threw to him.

How would you ever measure this accurately? I tried importing images into a CAD program to messure OL spacing but getting an accurate measurement is very difficult and would take several minutes per catch to scale for a seim-accurate measurement.
