Dez vs Martellus

I will be interesting to see how many snaps each guy got today. In my memory, I remember seeing Bennett getting a lot of snaps.

As we are not running the ball now at all, I would like to see more three receiver sets now. Bennett probably helps the line more but in our two TE set we do not have much run after the catch abiilty on the field. I would experiement with more three receivers and spread the field out. Plus, it appears Romo may have more confidence already in Dez than he has in either Bennett or Roy.

I remember reading either on twitter or the DMN chat that the Cowboys were running alot of 2TE play and lamenting that it took Dez off the field.

I saw a lot of 3 WR sets with Hurd in instead of Dez. Made me rage.

i think Broudeus (sp) was saying when Hurd was in the game, it was almost exclusively a run play.

I like the two TE sets, but where we are now I think I want some more big play ability on the field. Right now, we have one (Austin). I am not putting Felix there now because he has been very quiet this year. Roy may catch some passes but he isn't going to create extra yards. Austin is the only guy they need to worry about now.
