Won't be long before the police were called to the party reports surface, Maybe jerry should go with him to keep control.

Not a bad idea. Dez would be so busy keeping Jerry on the straight and narrow that he wouldn't have time to get in trouble himself.:D

Jay-Z is just about as qualified to be a football agent as Dez is to be a rapper. That whole deal is a dumb joke.

It's a great business move for Dez. It's an even better business plan for roc nation. They brought people in to handle the football side of things and they will handle his endorsements and public appearences. If anything it will help cowboys in negotiations because Dez is going to make a fortune outside of football.

Just an FYI, but those pics are old. Not sure why they used that particular pic, but Dez took those in the offseason.

If it's such a good business deal for Dez, then he shouldn't be complaining about being disrespected and demanding so much more than the organization is willing to agree to. Jay-Z knows nada about the workings of a football operation nor what constitutes a fair deal for them. It may benefit Dez and Roc Nation, but I seriously doubt it'll work to the benefit of the Cowboys' organization. It's already causing dissention and that's a problem. Things were going along fine until Roc Nation entered the picture. I think it's more than mere coincidence that's changed.

I knew I'd seen that pic before. Posted the thread last October.

I wouldn't say it's bad photography. Actually, it's pretty good marketing. Part of marketing is to get people talking and thinking about your product. Posters on this board are trying to figure out the symbolism of Dez in a pool of water. Your attention is NOW on the promotional material, and now there's a buzz surrounding it.

CHECKMATE! ;)

He looks uncomfortable in the Pic, something doesn't look right,
I really hope this whole thing is not going to be yet another distraction to him, on what should be his prime focus his game and his team.
Lot's of things look great on the outside and present themselves that way but once you see what it's all about you realize is not always what you were promised, hope Rock nation and Jay Z have his best interest in mind.
Wish you the best Dez.

Players need the break, they need to get away from the game and recharge. The game takes it toll physically and mentally, he and the others will be ready to go next week as they get ready for the Giants

Well then it's probably good that you know nada about the details of his agreement with Roc Nation, wherein the football business side of his representation is being handled by Tom Condon of CAA, who also counts as clients Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Eli Manning, Drew Brees, and RG3. Oh, and Tony Romo. It's the same arrangement with Victor Cruz. So maybe Jay-Z knows how to delegate responsibility after all.

We all need to pay attention less to the headlines and more to the fact that its a multi-million dollar negotiation. The only reason this is different is that 30 reporters need to find something to tweet about every day to grovel for material.

Life is a distraction, waking up as a member of the Cowboys dealing with national and local media is a distraction. Getting away from the game clearing your mind, enjoying yourself for a brief time before you get back into the meat grinder is needed. All I ask of any of the players, stay out of trouble.
