Dez, Witten, Kosier, Lee, and Hurd not practicing

WR Dez Bryant (ribs), TE Jason Witten ( knee), LG Kyle Kosier (knee) and LB Sean Lee (hamstring) weren't on the field when practice began. WR Sam Hurd was off to the side working with a trainer. Cowboys RapidReports

nothing else to talk about..nothing earth shattering here..didn't now Hurd was banged up though

According to Watkins who was just on ESPN, Dez's hip was hit when he took out that camera guy. He was just getting it looked at.

He sure didn't act like his hip was hurt. He was dragging the poor camera guy while trying to help him up. The pain probably came later.

I am getting anxious for Sean to start tailoring a role on the Defense on packages. He would a needed dimension and stop the clock rushing towards December enough for the team to breath in it's approach.

I'm not worried about Kyle Kosier, as long as severity doesn't amp. Holland is solid, and with Colombo on the outside a pulling guard isn't as much a necesity. The 'rook' fullback helps out here.

it went completely unnoticed but Hurd caught an important 1st down last week and was, again, a very important cog in keeping Jacoby Jones at bay in punt returns.

This guy deserves a contract similar to the one Crayton had. He's the type of player who, very quietly, makes key plays throught the game that most fans don't notice.
