Cowboys; Gosselin says over control that he has-I think its going to be a learning process, you saw some of that last year, still learing to be a head coach. You saw that last year (showing footage of Jason Garrett thoughout games last year). That pass against washington that cost the cowboys a game. They have to be alittle tougher and physical on defense, and I think that will come with rob ryan. About 2 years or so away from competing for a SB.
Secondary, I would tell everybody your job is open, and if their is an elite CB, in draft at 9, take it, even if a DE, etc... You take the best player there to help this team. This is a team that reads their press clippings and when they see that, they take a step backwards.
When their good, they take a step backwards, and they buy in on all hoopla, training camp should be in one town, focus on being a good team not so much a marketable team like jerry has the team do.
and get back to basics. But I wouldnt give players their jobs coming off of a 6-10 season. I think Romo could have pulled them out of that slump, maybe only go 8-8 but I think they would have been better.
Secondary, Goose says-this team doesnt play rookies, (Cowboys just wont play rookie offensive linemen)even packers are starting a rookie ROT, but cowboys dont play rookies, maybe that will change iwth Jason. You going to address as many areas in draft as you can because you dont know in free agency and possible lockout, you dont know what you can get in free agency.
There will be some real good players they can get with the 9th pick, even the 2nd pick, but they have to play them. I think the cowboys can get a blue chip player with the 9th pick, even a blue chip player with their 2nd round pick, but they have to play them.
There is talent here, but they have to supplement the talent. Thats basically it zoners. www.superbowlevents.com
and pamela anderson's show for SB party too, thats it.
