I was just thinking the same thing....from what it sounded like the deal was done and carr was a cowboy...havent seen anything concrete yet teams just signing away players in a matter of hours

But but so many threads "SINCE we have Carr". Nothing official has been said and I suspect he will sign, but right now there is REDICULOUS money being thrown around. If I were Carr, I would go "check" the market and maybe get another 5million.



My point being is all of this celebration and what not over someone knowing someone who knows someone, but nothing official has been said. You have analysts saying its done then saying its not done.

I love this time of year and I hate this time of year, because folks go crazy over the smallest nugget of info and run w/ it like its GOSPEL.

Im just one to wait and not fall over myself making other plans on speculation.

They flew him in on the team jet. Showing him around the facilities earlier, probably took him out to dinner.

Might wait to do the announcement tomorrow for the press conference with Jerry and Jason and Rob smiling, Brandon smiling as the newest member, the Pepsi/Star background at the podium, take questions from the media, etc.

I have come to the realization that LR isn't coming back to Dallas. Odd, because he isn't near what teams will offer him.
