Did any of you catch what chris mortenson said on NFL live about dan & jerry?

i think this real issue that dan and jerry squabled about is discussed somewhat on espn nfl live with chris mortenson,

chris went on to say, he really didnt know the true specific, but this is what he heard;

i just listened to chris mortensen on espn and he said, that he didnt know the true specific but what he heard jerry jones wanted more from dan reeves and even in football operations, expansive responsibilities not just with coaching staff, and he thought more than dan expected. This is on espn nfl live. Dan Reeves said; per espn, what the title was going to be, and i didnt want to have a coaching job and not have authority coaching wise. WE agreed coaching thing wouldnt be in there. Mort went on and said, those football operations were in there, and maybe jerry jones wanted to protect himself contractly if dan reeves walked away. But Dan didnt want to do that, if he wanted to walk away and not be tied down.

That is just dumb... Jerry has clearly said he wasn't going to give up any control, as far as it concerns personnel... Reeves said the same thing... And that isn't a problem with the Cowboys anyways. Personnel wise this team is fine.

I think Reeves wanted authority over Jason Garrett. He said that he didn't have a problem reporting to Jerry or Wade. Read between the lines. Chain of command issue.
