on the series before glenn caught the t.d he could have had another,but he seemed to give up on the ball and stopped running .the ball was there and he beat the corner and safety.they just discussed this on 103.3

That pass was underthrown...

I noticed that he stuttered when running down the field...I thought he could have had that one as well.

You are thinking of another pass.

On the one that I think you are talking about, it seemed as though the ball just died.

I posted about that play in another thread. yeah he seemed to sort of give up on the play as if he didn't expecte the ball to come to him then when he saw it he tried to catch up but couldn't. Had he kept on running at speed it would have been a perfect pass and a TD.

The replay showed that he was double-covered and the cornerback (#26?) pushed him off his route past five yards off the line of scrimmage causing him to slightly stumble toward the middle of the field. He tried to recover but couldn't. At first it looked as if the pass was overthrown. If TG had not been bumped off his route I think he would have gone for the TD. Should have been a penalty for contact or pass-interference. You could see Glenns' frustration with the non-call.
