Did anyone get a chance to watch Romo in college?

I'm just wondering with the Giant game coming up (as well as thinking of a playoff game looming in Chicago, God willing) if his university in Illinois had really bad weather (wind, snow, etc) and how he performed under those circumstances. Does anybody have any insight on this?
