It's crazy to me that you actually think he's one of the worst coaches in the league. I can't even imagine what it is that you're looking at, but his team has gotten better and deeper and plays hard for him, and they have since the day he stepped in and took over that disaster of a season from Wade.

He does. When he's nervous, he looks like he's going to cry sometimes. And then he's got a creepy vibe he trotts out every now and then. Then, most of the time, he's relaxed and confident. It's kind of weird.
