She's just a fan, not worried about pumping the brakes, not worrying about how much anointing oil she may use. Just enjoying the ride. They also put the camera on her after Gilmore's interception, she was quite dejected, but that's the ride. Embrace it ;)
Yep. They pick out fans to show based on their colorful/emotional reactions. They showed a young boy in Eagle gear at the end of the Jets-Eagles game that was in tears. I almost felt sorry for him. That was me almost 60 years ago.

Standard?

How many games you watch on television? Yes. That is a serious question.

Every game has at least one zoom in picture on people in the stands.

Some games have a cameraman returning to zoom in on one or more of the same people. Standard? Maybe not. Has it happened many times during the television era of broadcast sports? Yes. Yes it has.
Out if curiosity, there is a group of 5 guys at Cowboys home games that dress the same and have choreographed routines. They show them on the video board, but do they get shown on the broadcast?

I know who you are talking about. I *may* have seen them isolated during a television broadcast once and I am not sure of that one time.

Don't EVER feel sorry for ANY Eagles fan in tears....no matter what age. That kid 20 years from now will be out in the parking lot picking fights with opposing fans as they innocently walk by.

Video/NFL material that is blocked outside YouTube: link

0:15 mark
0:57 mark

Both seen within the first minute of the clip.

Not a wide crowd shot. Close up. Same people. Multiple shots.

Literally, the FIRST random video I came across.

Other people get multiple camera shots. They are acting as normal as some expect. Crickets. One woman is emotional and acting weird. Well, THAT'S not normal. Gets multiple camera shots. Mike Florio son supposedly starts a conspiracy that some people fall for. And it is a first in sports television history.

Time for lunch. I'm done.

Not a conspiracy theorist at all, and I have no idea who that woman is, but her reactions really did seem excessive and over the top.
Maybe she was just intentionally pouring it on hoping to go viral and get attention.

Every week we see people dressed up at Raiders games, guys wearing firefighter hats, their whole bodies painted, wearing stupid big chains, big hats, etc...

but one woman cheering at a game sparks conspiracy theories? Seriously??
