Did Cowboys win the game or did the Rams lose it?

Honestly, it was hard to tell. I feel like Dallas loses if either Cook catches the TD or Davis doesn't gift the INT to Carter at the end. But the Rams certainly got a few gifts themselves.

I like the gift analogy. Gifts happen to other teams, but doesn't get critiqued like it does in here. We won the f#@$$% game! Deal with it!

Don't think anyone is mad, and if you say you didn't, then I will believe you, that's cool.

However, it does come across a tad like you're saying the Rams should have won... and any fan base is going to bristle at someone saying that when their team won.

Out scoring the Rams 34-10 in the final 2.5 quarters is pretty damn good. Maybe you should give Dallas a little credit for the win.

Fair enough but it's not my fault if people misinterpreted my post. Who isn't estatic over a hard fought victory?

Yep. Outscoring them 34-10 in the last 2.5 quarters is not easy... particularly in their house. Two easy turnovers gave them 14 early, so Dallas should be applauded for playing tough, sticking to their game plan and pulling it out in a hostile environment.

I'm just glad we finally were on the desirable end of one of these crazy comeback games. The Cowboys games are seldom boring.

I would say Dallas won it but both teams tried pretty hard to let this one go.

Both throwing the INTs that went for TDs. Each team with an additional turnover. Dropped passes by both teams. Poor pass defense by both teams.

The Rams had more mistakes and the Cowboys were able to make a play when they really needed to.

I think the Rams coaching staff had a couple of questionable decisions and they are ultimately to blame. On the possession just before half when the Rams had 3rd and 1 at the Dallas 44 with 0:42 remaining, they came out in the shotgun with an empty backfield. Awful call from the start and they fumbled the snap. IMO, this is an obvious power running situation. You either get the first down or at worst you force the opponent to use a timeout. Dallas got the ball and scored a FG to end the half.

The other is obviously passing on the FG. An 11 play drive that takes almost 6:00 and gets inside the Redzone should never end without something on the board.

I think the Rams gave Dallas plenty of opportunities to get back into the game and Dallas took them. Don't give away easy points to your opposition and don't take points away from yourself simply because of coaching.

I think both teams played well enough in some aspects to win the game, and poorly enough in other aspects to lose the game. I think Dallas was just on the better end of the coaching spectrum on this day while the Rams were on the poorer end.

Title speaks for itself. Don't get me wrong it was a hard fought come from behind win and I know everyone in cowboy nation is happy. I just wanted to ask because the Rams dominated us with a nice lead but lost it with plenty of penaltys and misplays. The Rams had some key drops and took gambles going for it on 4th down and let's be honest , the boys caught some breaks this game. We did make some key plays were made on our end as well

Ps no combination answers lets make this a definite yes or no thread then explain your point

Looked to me the Cowboys won the game. They made more mistakes, but came back with some turnovers to win the game. They are getting better with each game.

Cowboys won it.............we've had too many go bad against us for years--and board sentiment is that when it doesn't go our way, we've lost it==that's whats great about the NFL is win loose no excuses, no aff action.

Cowboys beat the 22 in front of them this week. every week is decided on Sunday, not on what if or who did, or what ever.

I guess its ok to give other teams moral victories, but we can't get them here if we lose a hard fought game.
