I would have thought for sure if we had such as big day on O that Crayton would be a part of it.... he was the forgotten man yesterday.

He was the Punt Returner on every punt. Didn't do much on O.

Crayton was not making plays yesterday in the passing game. I did see him make some decent blocks out there. To me, it just really amplifies why Price was cut. If the #3 receiver is not making plays, what chance would Price as the #4 have of even seing the field and contributing to the team. Glenn, Key and Witten are the top three receiving threats and now it looks as if they are going to get the backs more involved in the passing game. Crayton may not be much of a factor the rest of the season.

Crayton was kind of invisible but when the Bledose to Glenn connection is working that's probably a good thing.

Well. We're gonna need him eventually. Probably as soon as this week vs. Washington. They're banged up in the secondary and having a threat at the 3rd WR could really benefit us.

I thought Polite may have taken some of that role as the checkdown receiver. He was open on the opening drive and Bledsoe didn't hit him going for the long pass and got sacked. Later Bledsoe hit him several times for pretty good gains. Hope that continues.
