Did Deven Hester enter the draft?

I thought he did b/c I remember thinking how much of a mistake it was to not return to the U for his senior season. If he did what rounds is he being projected to? If it's 3rd round or later I'd love to draft him for his KR/PR abilities and groom him at the CB position for when Glenn retires.
