It's really hard to make out, but the referee closest to the Eagles players seems to think something was off too.

I thought the Eagles player said heads and when the ref said tails the Eagles player tried to correct the ref but the ref flipped the coin.

I was listening to the radio broadcast. Hockuli explained the OT rules, and asked the Philly captain what his call was. Not only did he clearly say "tails", but after he did, Hockuli asked him "tails?", and the philly captain repeated "tails".

All of this took place before the coin was ever tossed.

The Eagles called tails, then the ref incorrectly says heads is the call, and the Eagle player corrects him to tails which he repeats correctly. So, it ended up right in the end.

The difference didn't happen after the toss. On TV, the ref repeats that the call is tails before tossing coin and then says it is tails. If the player called heads, clearly. Neither he nor our guys cared when the ref said the call is tails because it's still a 50/50 shot when he tossed it. Does anyone actually think we had any chance in overtime? Even if we kick a FG, we clearly had nothing left on defense.

Right, I'm not sure why this is an issue. The Eagle player on TV CLEARLY said tails and it was confirmed by the ref. I think one of the Cowboys players said something about heads.
