I don't have the updated roster on DC.com. Mine is really out of date. None of the UDFAs are listed.

Did you try clearing your internet cache and refreshing the page? Mine got updated yesterday.

You're right, I've found several missing, but it did answer the question about #31.

Maybe 13 is Leong? He wore 19 in college but that's obviously taken.

Scouting reports say he is very good in the red zone, able to catch the fade route. He had 19 TDs last year. Hopefully he can be the red zone threat that never materialized with RW11.
