I think he looked alright.
I think a full offseason training program to build mass will do wonders.
He got some good exposure this season and hopefully he can continue to improve his technique.
He should be able to add to his pass rushing repertoire during this offseason.
Hopefully Lawrence can show him what it takes to be a well rounded DE and not just a pass rusher.

He learned how to get active...and now he needs the strength to make him a strong player in the defensive front.

The example of Lawrence does him some good. If they jell as the bookends....hey, we're off now!

For a rookie D End I felt like he is right where he is supposed to be.

Showed the kind of promise you look for at that position.

Year 3 or 4 is when those guys start to display what they will be and he is a guy that will see a big improvement with some offseason weight lifting.

I think he definitely showed improvement towards the end of the season. I look forward to seeing what another off season does for him.

Taught us how to make Taco Salad. He came on as the year progressed.

Got better as the year moved on so I'm okay with it. I don't think he's ever going to be a double-digit sack guy, but if he can apply pressure and allow others to feast, I'm good with it.

I thought he was mostly soft, soggy and bland. Not much spice. He had a couple of good plays toward the end of the season so it gives us a little hope that he isn't a complete bust.

I don't think he showed ENOUGH, personally, but I have hope that he will eventually be a force for us. He better work his *** off in the weight room and work on his craft.

If he puts in Sean Lee type of work/study, I think he will be fine. If he follows Dez' lead, he will get sued a few times, need a full time babysitter and depend solely on whatever "talent" he has.

I have to admit. He is better than I thought he would be. At this point I’m forgetting about the draft position and I’m just hoping he keeps improving. One thing is for sure. He’s better on the LE. that’s where he belongs. DLaw needs to play some more on the right side.

Yep, he did. That's my In depth analysis. Lol

No, but an offseason in the weight room could do a lot of good.

Work in the weight room will help him a lot but more time working on technique will help him more but will take longer to master.

Disappointing for a 1st rd pick but not a disaster either. I hope he builds on it.

For where he was picked I was hugely disappointed. Not great. Showed some signs of life towards the end but it certainly wasn't earth shattering. Hope for big improvement next year. Too early to call bust but I'm worried until I see otherwise...
