Did Tashard Choice have any rushes today?

I might be alone, but I liked the RB work load today even though Atlanta's run defense got the best of our Oline all day. MB3 with 14 carries and Felix with 8 is pretty good. Those guys are both better runners then Choice and MB3 is by far the best at blitz pickup.

He's got too much class to complain. I was just wondering why he wasn't used more today. That's all.

My guess is because Felix/Marion were supposed to be healthy today. That can be debatable whether or not they looked healthy to all of us...

But assuming they are healthy, they should get the carries while Choice watches.

And if its like the KC game, where Barber is playing but clearly not 100% and Jones is out, then Choice should get all of the carries.

I know Choice had the sweet reception for a first down and I think I saw him throw a great block in pass protection, but I don't remember one rush from him. Am I forgetting something? The running game never really got going. Barber and Felix are clearly not 100% yet, so why not let Choice do his thing?

I'm with ya, Boyz. I was thinking he'd start and get the bulk of the carries. I was stunned. But I did like seeing all three of them in the the backfield with Felix motioning out as a WR. That was something I have yet to see this year

I agree that he's the #3, but why risk Barber and Jones toward the end when they could've used the rest? I'm glad Choice is a trooper. I saw Romo pat him on the shoulder pad while they were walking thru the tunnel after the game. Romo was probably thinking the same thing. Why didn't they give you some carries today?
If Barber and Felix didn't get touches in the fourth quarter the only difference would be that it would be their names in the thread title.

Not from me. Giving Choice carries at that point would've made perfect sense. That being said, I'm glad Barber loves his closer role and wanted to be out there.

But you realize this is just another coaching flaw. You have 3 very good runners. Why wouldnt you feed the opponent the guy with the freshest legs when its late and youre trying to ice the game.

On top pf it all as we have already poointed out. MB and Felix are coming off injuries, the game was winding down, why continue to expose them?

What I mean is that not all three backs are going to get the same amount of touches. If MBIII and Felix are on the field, then they should get more. You can't have Choice play just because the other two were hurt. You have to assume if they are playing, that they are healthy.

I still think Choice is a better runner than Barber.
